For the entertainer: this collar has 3 triangular sections in the front, connected by clear acrylic rings. Around the back of the neck, a simple chain. A great addition to a fun and colorful wardrobe in royal blue anodized aluminum. The length is currently 14.5″, I can add to it but am out of the rings that make up the triangular sections.
