Mélomane zine

This is a zine highlighting 10 of my favorite French-language musical artists. Each artist or group has an illustration, some basic information, and a blurb (all written in English). I have been learning French, either casually or in a classroom setting, since 2012, and completed a French minor from the University of Iowa. I used my French skills to gather some of this information, as much of it is only available in French-language articles and interviews. The title ‘Mélomane: la première tranche’ translates to ‘Music lover: the first slice.’

Zines are printed in black and white on 28lb paper and bound by hand with pearl cotton. Each is 4.25″x5.5″. Solo zines will be shipped in a rigid envelope via media mail; zines purchased with prints or jewelry can be shipped together and any extra shipping charge will be refunded.
